About 蛊婆 Lady in Tomb

Gu Jiuxun is preparing to succeed her missing mother as the village’s spirit-protecting Gu Lady. When a ritual insect escapes, her sister Gu Jiuyue follows it into the forbidden General’s Grave, where a giant creature captures her and a trap catches their grandfather.

Explore a maze of rooms and changing elevations while solving puzzles rooted in traditional Chinese culture. Insect-based weapons support combat against enemies with distinct movement patterns, but scarce ammunition and limited backpack space constrain preparation. The tomb combines Han burial architecture with Miao cultural elements.

The rescue also uncovers the grave owner’s identity and an older hidden history. Objects such as bronze mirrors, lacquerware and Miao batik connect the setting to its cultural inspirations.
