Awakening from intensive care, you find a hospital full of zombies and a ward that offers your only refuge. Hunger and impatience with the wait for rescue drive the decision to leave.

Ten professions change starting items, story events and choices. Rooms and safes need specific keys hidden among ordinary furnishings, so searching the hospital matters as much as confronting its occupants.

What makes it worth a look?

  • Combat is optional and uses a simplified Dungeons & Dragons-based resolution. Zombies can carry random items, and dying permits another attempt with a different profession.
  • Professions include boxer, nurse, police officer, firefighter, detective and thief; each can be played as a male or female character.

Is this game right for you or your group?

  • Search ordinary objects. The keys for rooms and safes can be concealed in shelves, bins, cupboards and other furnishings.
  • Choose whether to fight. Combat offers a chance at random items but is not required for every zombie.
